1. Deltair Airmotive Ltd (Deltair) warrants that all assembly repair and overhaul work carried out by it shall be in accordance with the standards and requirements of the UK Civil Aviation Authority and with applicable overhaul manuals, service bulletins, service instructions, modifications and Airworthiness Notices.

2. In the event of any defect being discovered in the goods which arises because of failure by Deltair to comply with (1) and such defects occur either within six months for repaired engines or twelve months for overhauled engines from the date of delivery, provided the goods are returned or the fault reported within 28 days of discovery then Deltair shall repair or at its discretion replace the goods free of charge and all liability of Deltair under (1) shall be limited thereto.

3. Deltair shall have no liability whatsoever for any defects not attributed to failure to comply with (1). In the case of components originally supplied to Deltair by a third party, Deltair shall not be liable for any defects arising otherwise than from a breach of (1) although Deltair will use all reasonable efforts to make available to the customer the benefits of any rights Deltair may have against the supplier.

4. This warranty will not apply unless:
a. The goods have been maintained and operated under normal use and service in accordance with the manufacturers handbook.
b. A full report of the defect is sent to Deltair together with the engine log books made up to date with all flying times and all details of any work carried out on the goods after delivery.

5. The warranty will not apply:
a. If the goods are or have been used for competitive aviation.
b. If the goods are overhauled or repaired elsewhere other than Deltair.

6. Deltair?s warranty is limited to the repair of ascertained defects and costs for labour in connection with the repair as provided in the manufacturers removal and installation allowance book. Deltair accept no liability for demands by any other indirect loss of receipt or extra expenditure including loss of profits by any delay during the warranty repair.

7. This warranty will not apply to goods which have been subjected to misuse or neglect causing wear or tear or deterioration.

8. This warranty is not transferable except with prior written consent of Deltair. The liability of Deltair to any transferee is limited to its liability under this warranty, except insofar as such limitation is rendered void or unenforceable by statute.

9. Deltair will not accept any liability for fatigue or any defect arising due to age processes, however, Deltair will apply all reasonable precautions and inspection techniques available in (1).

DELTAIR AIRMOTIVE LTD - STANDARD WARRANTY FOR ENGINE/PROPELLER/ACCESSORY REPAIR/OVERHAUL
