Propeller Refurbishment

In addition to our full overhaul capabilities, we are able to carry out both 3 and 6 year bare blade inspections for a wide range of propeller types, in accordance with the Airworthiness Notice 75. Whilst we offer a particular expertise with both Hartzell and McCauley propeller types, we are able to overhaul almost any including Sensenich, Dowty, Hamilton Standard and many others.

We have invested considerably on our tooling and equipment and have recently purchased a Hartzell 'Cold Rolling' machine and Optical Comparitor. Our new equipment allows for the overhaul lead time to be kept to a minimum as we do not have to rely on any assistance from sub-contractors

Our in house approved (D1) Magnetic Particle Inspection department and detail inspection areas operate at the highest levels of efficiency and skill. Non destuctive testing of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous components can be carried out. We like to ensure that our staff are extremely well motivated and our on-going and comprehensive training programme contributes to this.
